The service was impeccable and food delicious had the steak with that glaze was amazing I will be back again and eat here. I made the mistake of trying new restaurant the next night at Tony and Elaine’s down the street and had terrible service and food not as good. I will be back to your restaurant instead because it was much much better and had a really nice experience and your servers are a delight and friendly!!! I wanted to add that all the people that work here are wonderful and especially Bianca we really appreciate her service she went over and above to make our night.

It is pretty tight in here but that is fine because it’s always great company. The people who work here are so nice (I assume mostly family run), the food is delicious, and the vibes immaculate (especially if you get to sit downstairs). This is our go-to meal before we hit TD Garden for a game.

Food was amazing. Tried the eggplant appetizer on the server's recommendation and wow. Also tried the stuffed rack of lamb special, also one the server's recommendation and definitely second his recommendation. I might actually start a fight over that.

Came here off a random chance and a google search. Didn’t have a reservation and it was a game night and they still managed to squeeze us in. Experience was overall great. First served bread with really good oil. You have to order Nanas meatball - our group doesn’t even like meatballs and we were extremely impressed with this. For our main dishes we order a dish on special with a vodka sauce and scallops/shrimp. This had the best scallops we have ever tried. Next we ordered the lobster ravioli which had really nice portions of lobster. We also order shrimp scampi and gnocchi. Overall really liked everything we had and definitely would not hesitate to come back. Small and cute atmosphere and nice and friendly staff.

This has been my favorite place in the north end for many years. It was a busy Friday night and we didn’t have a reservation, but were lucky enough to score two seats at the bar downstairs. We enjoyed Clams Casino and Artichoke Margarita ...

I've traveled Rome, the Balken States, and Venice. When I dined at Massimino's this evening, it was whooosshhhh....I was in the Old Country! The atmosphere was intimate... very Roman. The sevings were ample, and the staff could not do more to accomodate. This one is well worth the trip. I will be back!

Sebastian was the best! He recommended the entree of my Italian dreams! Bianca also was so incredibly helpful. This place doesn’t look like much from the outside and is definitely off the beaten path, but you WON’T be disappointed! Food and service were excellent! The only thing I regret it that it was too late for espresso and deserts!

In Boston’s North End Italian restaurant is a hidden gem. I’ve been to 5 different Italian restaurants in the area and Massimino’s is my favorite hands down! I’m always on the hunt for a great authentic Italian restaurant, which is very hard to find nowadays, unfortunately! The inside is small but they do have seating downstairs. The smaller setting allows for a more 1:1 feel. There are folding doors that open to allow fresh air to come in which I enjoy! The bathrooms are clean and the inside was fairly clean. The service was average. My waitress Katrina was polite and checked in on me. She asked if I had questions about the menu. The food was fresh and authentic. I got an Aperol Spritz, Bruschetta that had fresh cut tomatoes and garlic, main meal was Penne Al vodka sauce, and I finished with a cannoli. Everything was made to perfection with all fresh tasting ingredients. This was my fourth visit to Massimino’s and every time is better than the last visit! I highly recommend giving Massimino’s a try, it’s completely worth the walk/drive! Until next time....cheers
